MTV Video Music Awards
All Access provided a full staging package for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. The project included three performance stages connected by ramps, a backstage structure built into the arena seating, the central catwalk and awards stage, two lifts (a Versa Star lift for Sabrina Carpenter and a Versa Scissor Lift for Ricky Martin), band risers for each act, as well as all FOH and tech platforms.
The build required nearly 900 decks in total, 9 semis of gear, 18 days onsite from load in to load out, and a 21-page build packet to bring it all together.
