SUMMARY:

All Access is seeking a highly motivated and enterprising leader to join our team as a full-time Head for the Project Management Department responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing plans across departments. This position is well suited for a candidate with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills. This role can potentially include onsite time with clients and artists, leading crew, and delivering projects.  This is a non-exempt salary position that includes eligibility for PTO, health insurance, and 401k program after probationary period

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Unify, add resources, and manage our project management team 
  • Oversee resource assignments and project issue resolution 
  • Participate in project feasibility discussions and coordinate information handoff to appropriate project manager 
  • Evaluate, intake, and prioritize PM workload in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with attention to quality control 
  • Establish clear process for cross-functional collaboration and communicate goals, roles and desired outcomes  
  • Oversee general project timelines and hold PMs accountable to commitments 
  • Continually review and ensure adequate resources are available to meet deliverables and milestones Support PMs in the creation of high-quality products that represent the company well in the global staging market 
  • Operate within standard operating and safety procedures  
  • Complete all assigned crew training modules 

Technical Competencies

  • Strong people management & interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement new processes and improve existing processes 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with software tools, including Microsoft applications, Smartsheet and CAD  
  • Strong creative thinking skillset 
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of requirements of touring, equipment, staging, and production set-up
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean and neat appearance
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with specific focus on people management and process improvement.

  • Regularly required to speak and hear
  • Visual abilities include close vision and the ability to focus
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 – 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

  • Must be able to follow direction
  • A positive attitude and punctuality are a must
