These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the rental equipment estimate website (the “Site”) operated by All Access Staging & Productions, located at https://allaccessinc.com/. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with T&Cs. Please read them carefully before using the Site.
- General Information
The Site provides users with estimated pricing for rental equipment based on the information entered into the system. The estimates generated on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not represent a final, binding offer.
- Pricing Estimatea. The pricing provided by the Site is an estimate only and is subject to change. This estimate is based on the information provided at the time of the inquiry. The actual price for rental equipment may vary based on additional factors, including but not limited to, availability, delivery, location, and specific rental terms.
b. The final pricing will be determined and confirmed by an All Access Staging & Productions salesperson upon direct contact with you. Pricing is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from a representative and execute a rental agreement. - Confidentiality
a. All client data, including login information and any pricing estimates, will be stored securely by All Access Staging & Productions and will not be shared with third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.b. As a user of the Site, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information you access or receive through the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, estimated pricing, equipment details, and any other data generated or provided by the Site (the “Confidential Information”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that such information remains confidential and is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.c. All information provided by the Site, including pricing estimates, equipment details, availability, and other related data, is proprietary to All Access Staging & Productions and is intended solely for your personal or business use. You agree not to disclose, distribute, or otherwise make available any of this Confidential Information to third parties without the express written consent of All Access Staging & Productions, except where required by law.d. You agree that the Confidential Information is made available to you for the limited purpose of generating rental equipment estimates and that you will not use this information for any other purposes, including competitive analysis, commercial use, or any other activity that could harm or infringe upon the interests of All Access Staging & Productions.
e. You agree to take all reasonable measures to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes keeping any login credentials, passwords, and other personal or business-related information secure.
f. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information, you agree to promptly notify All Access Staging & Productions to help prevent further unauthorized access or misuse.
g. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that the pricing and equipment information provided to you is confidential, proprietary, and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use or disclosure of such information may result in legal action.
- Use of the Sitea. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for the purpose of generating equipment rental estimates.b. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
- Accuracy of Informationa. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date estimates, All Access Staging & Productions makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the pricing information provided on the Site.b. The estimates provided may be affected by external factors such as market changes, equipment availability, and regional pricing differences. Therefore, the pricing information is not guaranteed and may be subject to revision.
- Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilitya. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS.” ALL ACCESS STAGING & PRODUCTIONS MAKES ANY WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHIOUT LIMITATION, THAT ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ABSOLUTELY SECURE, COMPLETE, ACCURATE OR ERROR FREE). IN ADDITION, THE ACCCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE INFORMATION IS NOT WARRANTED OR GUARANTEED. YOUR USE OF INFORMATION ACCESSED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE THE ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS AND ALL ACCESS STAGING & PRODUCTIONS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.b. All Access Staging & Productions is not liable for any losses or damages arising from reliance on the estimates provided by the Site.
c. All Access Staging & Productions is not responsible for any delays or failures in contacting you to finalize pricing or for any issues related to the final rental agreement.
- Modification of Terms
All Access Staging & Productions reserves the right to modify or update these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
- Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this T&Cs shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
